Valued AMRC board member retires

13 November 2014

The AMRC with Boeing said farewell to board member Frank Brinken from Starrag yesterday. Frank has retired after many years' service and will be sorely missed.

Keith Ridgway, executive dean at the AMRC, said "Frank has been a valued member for many years and has made great contributions to the development of the AMRC. We wish him well in his future endeavours."

Bart Moenster, from the Boeing Company and Keith, presented Frank with a model of a Rolls Royce engine made by AMRC Training Centre apprentices and a Wee Willy Winkle hat and candlestick as leaving gifts. Keith added "the hat and candlestick are a bit of an 'in joke' for those that know Frank. I'll leave you all to speculate!"
