Comment: The case for higher apprenticeships

Degree apprenticeship which make higher education accessible to all, while providing real life practical learning and hands-on experience of manufacturing processes with supporting courses that give provide background science and a theoretical understanding are what's needed to create tomorrow's manufacturing engineer.
